Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Tsentle Aura website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell hand-decanted fragrances inspired by well-known perfume houses. Product descriptions, images and stock levels are kept as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee that colours or scent perception on screen exactly match the real product. See our Trademark Disclaimer for details on how we reference designer fragrance names.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed as a guest checkout and paid for via bank transfer. An order is only confirmed once payment has been verified. We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not received within a reasonable time, or if the product ordered is unexpectedly out of stock.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but the price you paid for a confirmed order will not change.
4. Delivery
We ship nationwide within South Africa. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You can track your order at any time using the tracking code and phone number provided at checkout.
5. Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not happy with your fragrance, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange. Due to the nature of decanted fragrance products, we generally cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tsentle Aura is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our products, other than as required by the Consumer Protection Act.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
