2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process and deliver your orders, including sharing your name, phone number and delivery address with our courier partners.
  • Communicate with you about your order, including via WhatsApp when you initiate contact that way.
  • Notify you when a product you asked about is back in stock, if you requested this.
  • Send you marketing emails about new arrivals, only if you subscribed to our newsletter — you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Improve our website and product range.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored with Supabase, a secure cloud database provider, protected by row-level security rules that restrict access to authorised store administrators only. Payment is handled manually via bank transfer — we never ask for or store your banking card details.

5. Your Rights

Under POPIA, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion (subject to us needing certain order records for legal and accounting purposes). Contact us via the details on our Contact page to make a request.

6. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
